We usually spend the year eating foods that are “good” for us and resisting the ones that aren’t. Often the foods that we avoid are the ones we love to eat and aren’t necessarily “good” for us. This holiday is one of the easiest ones to celebrate.  The only thing you need to do is order that item on your favorite restaurant’s menu that you’ve been staring at all month. It could be that greasy hamburger with fully loaded fries, the garlic rolls that always smell so good, or that creamy pasta you always skip past. Perhaps your guilty pleasure will come from ordering from the dessert menu you always look at but never order from: that chocolate molten lava cake, that apple pie a la mode, or that indulgent cheesecake that always calls your name.
